On 01-14 On Call Services was over a project at my home. Septic repairs for 1 part and 3 sprinklers were $3000.00. I called this company in jAugust of 2014 and Brandi from this office returned my call 1-15 to tell me I was out of warranty. I explained that the message that she was referring to was placed 5 months ago. I proceeded to ask her the name of the company that she sent out to make the repairs and she stated that they did not keep those records!!!
