I really enjoyed my conversation with the technician (Cryil) who conversed with me as he worked. He was prompt, professional and did an excellent job of installing my new faucet & sprayer.
Valerie is the best. She stayed an hour on the phone with me to get approval from warranty provider so they can accept and schedule an appointment. Was able to provide same day service for an urgent plumbing need due to a plumbing line break. Through chaos, she was cool, calm, collected and super helpful with a humble and customer service experience mindset. I appreciate it much!
