I called On Call about a problem with my water heater. They were responsive, on time, and helpful. Ultimately, they referred me to someone else for the problem since I needed an electrician, but they went out of their way to find someone for me, making multiple phone calls on my behalf.
Can't say enough about the customer service and responsiveness. They helped me repair a running shower in a very timely manner and likely saved me hundreds in repairs by helping me handle it so quickly. Awesome plumber and I will never go anywhere else again!
