Have used On Call for years, they held old system together for at least two years past usage end and when system finally died, did the replacement in an incredibly professional way. Gene, one of the partners, was understanding when I had to stall for installation and worked to find the best price with the Service Manager who’s name escapes me at this moment but was a pleasure to deal with. We found “On Call Mechanical Services” to be our only choice when we need service for HVAC and for our Mr. Slim split system. Recently in regular cleaning of one unit of our 15-year-old Mr. Slim 3-unit system, it sprang a refrigerant leak. This can be an expensive deal as parts for this unit, and its outdoor condenser are no longer available, and newer parts are not compatible with the present condenser 3-unit system. Of course during the heatwave my 20 yr old A/C unitspread it's wings and flew to the great condenser field in the sky. Thankfully Eddie, Vinnie, Damian & Daniel were able to save the day. They were all very respectful pleasant young men. They explained everything and even answered questions. Arrived at scheduled time. Removal of old unit, installation of new in just under 6 hours. Personal, polite, professional. Highly recommended using their services!
