This business is unreliable and has no customer service. I applied through them for a unit under their association on April 2nd. I did not hear anything from them until I reached out to them two and a half weeks later. They finally responded 3 days later starting the board concern with me not having Florida residency. The lady ***** (my person of contact with the company) explained that they were concerned with it. I didn't know why that would affect the approval process. I have done business with this company for over 3 years, they are an excellent honest company and I highly recommend using them. As well as I look forward to using them in the future
OCM is a great property management company, I have closely followed their work in different communities and in fact I have seen closely the care and maintenance they give to the community. They have a great work team, always attentive and friendly ready to give an immediate solution to the problems they present in any community. I personally recommend OCM as a property management company.
Horrible , Horrible . I had to submit an application through these people and let me say ive worked in many places and ive never gotten out of line the way this lady SASHA did . She interrupted me everytime i spoke she was very rude , not to mention she has costed me over $300 because she gave me the run around and never gave me the correct information from the start . Horrible management company! Please don't apply here and don't hire them to manage your property! You WILL lose money as an owner because they are so rude and unprofessional, they will turn your potential tenant off and your property will end back on the market. Zero customer service is given at On Call Management.
