I have had some stressful filings recently and OnCall has provided excellent service in helping with both e-filing and in-person court services. We hit a snag with a particular filing and they worked diligently to remedy the situation. Their after-hours/Special filing team is fantastic, and is especillay helpful when we need urgent assistance when everyone else is closed.
1 star. Do not trust this company. I made a mistake on the address, and within 1–2 minutes of submitting the order I emailed On Call Legal Inc. to correct it. They failed to update the address before sending the server out, the first attempt failed, and then they charged my card a second time to serve the same person without my consent or approval. Had a court order and they didn’t bother serving and submitted to the court they did. Made huge mistakes, cost thousands (a stake out!) and Bree was completely incompetent and refused to admit the mistake of not serving. Lapd could not investigate an incident following this mistake and they refused to make it correct. Nearly cost my life as it was a RO, and a person who became a criminal.
