On-Call was here because the spring and roller broke apart. It was very loud. Once he fixed it, it was so quiet. It has never been this quiet in all the time I have been here. As for the company, there was nice, professional and answer all my questions.
We just moved to the "Golden Corridor" so we are still trying out new businesses and looking for ones we can stick with. I would say you can stick with On-Call for garage door problems. Our home was mostly move in ready but had just a few issues that needed to be taken care of and the garage door opener was one of them. Our garage door refused to open or close. We made one call and got relief the same day. Can't be mad at that! The technician was super-cool. He explained all labor, parts, and cost before doing anything. This meant I controlled all my costs. People, take care of your garage doors. I pride myself on being proactive so I knew this old door at our new home needed to be checked and maintained so we settled on On-Call and the tune-up package was bomb. Real, real cheap. Door makes less noise, closes tighter, and he gave us a good heads-up on the life span of some of these parts. Now I know to budget for the future.
