Really nice staff. Super friendly techs. Would give 5 stars but they are a bit pricier than other LV dentists. But they offer sedation (I’ve not experienced that with them) which is good for those of us with dental anxiety. Clean office. Massage chairs in the waiting room. Clean office.
I’ve never had a worse experience from a healthcare provider. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, incompetent, and unprofessional towards me. Be cautious about how this clinic handles your insurance — in my experience, certain front desk staff seem more focused on getting patients to pay out-of-pocket than on verifying valid coverage.
