Very knowledgeable and professional. Took time to address all of my concerns and showed me more efficient ways to use my laptop. Very friendly and fast service.
Rodney was so kind to take my call, do some research, and give me an estimate on what it would take to fix the horizontal lines that popped up on my MacBook earlier this week. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He even encouraged me to find out if I was still covered under a warranty which it turns out I am. That kind of honesty and genuine care can be hard to come across nowadays. He’s also local to me in Indian Trail which is a bonus! Next time I need an electronic repaired, I know who I’m calling!
After spilling water on my computer I was frantic to get it somewhere to be worked on quickly. Rodney started working on the computer that day and I was able to pick up in about 2 days! He sent updates and pics showing the damage while working. Very thankful for his fast and immediate work to save my Apple laptop! I would highly recommend IT Computer Solutions to anyone!
