My only complaint is the 5 notifications in 5 days to keep and confirm my appointment. That was overkill and was irritating. You should have your confirmation 3 days in advance and a reminder the day before. That should be enough.
On Broadway Denistry is a very professional, efficient, friendly dental office.
Very nice offfice and staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Richins was great and open to any questions I might have and he took the time to answer any questions I might have. I had an implant and was surprised how long the procedure took and the cost but the office was within the average cost and time frame. They do however have a payment plan that is very reasonable. Great dental office ! 5 Stars !
