Rude! Waited while customer(who already completed transaction) and employee talked personal, kids for at least 5 minutes. I had to interrupt or who knows how long I would be standing there. Was so upset that I ended up telling her, I'd have to think about it and left. It's bad enough for teenagers to do that or be on their cell phones. Next time, at least acknowledge your other costumer. That wasn't my first time there but surely my last!
Sympathy arrangement we sent was beautiful! Comments from close family members, were it was the loveliest one there! If you are looking for something special, definitely the place to go. Would reorder from them without hesitation.
