Horrible horrible experience with the owner, Joe Celec continuously being hungover and canceling appointments. Flooring installers did a horrible job!!! I am noticing alot more damage now that months have gone by. Toilets didn't work after they were finished, broke a brand new heating vent cover with broken pieces of flooring underneath, cut my door down to fit over my carpet and sawed down the wrong end that being the top of my bedroom door, not the hop so now I have a gap on the top of my door. We had amazing results and a great price! Our landlord requested that we replace the carpet before the end of our lease in order to get our deposit so after jumping through hoops and watching money pour out with this move out I was relieved to find this company. Joe was on vacation but had it handled in no time. They came and replaced the carpet the same day I called (since I had 2 days left on the lease) and Laura gave me a great price.
