Had a quote scheduled at 8:30-9:30a. They reached out at 6a in the morning saying they can't come and are passing on the job because my driveway is too small and my road is too busy. They made this decision over text without even having a discussion. Sounds like an excuse factory with a lack of ingenuity. If you want to move a project forward, I'd suggest you find a more experienced company.
Travis’s work ethic is incredible. He was prompt to respond to our request for an estimate and our time constraint needs. While felling 15 very tall trees, he was excellent at protecting our property and our neighbors. Travis completed our job within 6 hours, cutting, removing debris, and stump grinding. His pricing is excellent and would hire him again. Highly recommend On a Limb Tree Care!
Awesome one man show by Travis, great job! Communication was great and showed up at the time they committed. Typically on my street other tree companies show up with an army of trucks even for a small job. Travis showed with one truck and his equipment, done quickly and cleaned up great. This is why pricing also beats the big guys.
