This must be the worst software company for customer service!! I understand that the development is done overseas. However, their office on the west coast that must always contact Korea for any solution refuses to maintain any hours other than pacific time. This results in a 1-2 day time frame for a solution. When 5:00 pacific time comes, their technical support tells you that it is time for them to go home and please call again tomorrow.
