Extremely disappointing experience — questionable practices and unprofessional treatment of patients. My father visited this practice for a dental cyst, and our experience raised serious concerns about the office’s transparency and communication. My father paid $200 for a CBCT scan after being told the fee would be refunded if he decided not to proceed with treatment.
