Changed my appointments twice, highly reliable. Waste of patients time
Extremely rude receptionist. Did not/could not answer very basic questions about the appointment. When I called to cancel/reschedule, she hung up before she even asked me my name to verify who she was speaking to. When I called back to confirm, told me she didn’t want to deal with me anymore. Go to literally any other clinic without unhelpful, rude receptionists.
Honestly the best service. Both my parents come here and by far they have taken the time to review everything THOROUGHLY. Can't recommend enough. My parents have language barriers and they were so incredible patient. We also got very quick appointments and results. Thank you so much OMR!
