I would like to express the exceptional care and treatment I received from the OMPT staff in Shelby. They all worked hand in hand with Nicole. I have been going to OMPT for rehabilitation after a shoulder replacement. This is the second time I have had the surgery, and Brittney has been my PT both times. Brittney is very knowledgeable in her field and wants only the best for my recovery. She is a great asset to the company. The whole staff is great as well. This will always be my go-to for any physical therapy.

I have been coming to OMPT since August of 2025 and it has been the best experience. All of the staff have been welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Brittany in particular has been extremely helpful. She always listens to my concerns and offers the best feedback and directions for what to do next. I had a very mixed experience at this physical therapy office. My therapist, Brittany, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain each exercise and its purpose. She made adjustments when something caused discomfort and created a supportive, professional environment. I genuinely felt like she cared about my progress and recovery.
