Dr Bada has always been great for my mental health and the well being of my sons. She’s not only caring but is full of positive vibes and always encourages me to take it one step at a time
Amanda is the secretary and she is so horrible to deal with I avoid going to seek medical care. She barely answers the phone, is unbelievably rude, and has even hung up on me for asking questions. She rolls her eyes and snaps back when you ask simple questions like when is the earliest opening. I had a list of fairly complex medical concerns and she decided that these were not significant and therefore I could only be seen in 5 months. Disrespectful and disgraceful service.
The secretary here is horrible her name is Amanda and she is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I'm not the only one who has problems with her. They don't pick up the phone half the time and when they do she is abrupt unprofessional and rude.
