I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the entire team is very professional and attentive. I am so sad to say but this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! After paying 260USD for a haircut and coloring, the stylist cut so much of my front bangs that there is now a huge bap between them and the rest of my hair (see pictures of before and after attached). I expressly told him to NOT cut my hair other than the points, and he went ahead anyways. Sevak is so talented. I noticed his advertisement on Instagram and decided to stop in for a last minute bolyage since I was in the area and wanted to get my hair done for some events coming up. I was nervous because I was not familiar with the area or stylist, but this was such a cool experience. I was showered with kindness, pampering, pastries, a chocolate milk shake (delivered personally by the owner), and best of all, a job well done by Sevak.
