Scheduled an appointment for 5p.m. Wasn’t done with client in front of us until 6:10p.m. Knew they were only accepting cash, but didn’t tell us that until they had us wait over and hour past our appointment time.

I’m sorry we didn’t communicate well. We never made an appointment. I told her yesterday I could fit her in last night, which she said she could not do. Or possibly we could fit her in today, but wasn’t positive. Because we take walkins when we have the time around other appointments. When you make an appointment you have to leave a $50.00 deposit to hold your spot and also goes towards the tattoo you are wanting to get. We could have done the tattoo, if we could have gotten cash.
