Honestly, I didn’t want to write this review, but I feel it’s important to warn any bride considering working with Omni Concepts. I was patient with Abby for four months, trusting that she would bring my ideas to life and act professionally for the price I was paying. Instead, she gave me absolutely nothing—just a Canva link with pictures from Google as “inspiration.” She couldn’t even create a mockups of the backdrop or table settings. My fiancé and I were disappointed by the lack of professionalism when we met Abby. My opinion is that she is not an honest person to do business with. There were so many inconsistencies in our communication with her. We wish her the best though.
Working with Abby for my wedding started out okay. I decided not to move forward when she wanted to add costs to the invoice that were not discussed and when I met her in person, there was a lack of professionalism. She was upset by the distance of the venue even though I had mentioned the distance to her before that day. When I decided not to move forward with her within just a few weeks of speaking, she wanted to keep the full deposit of $1600 and decided to give be some of it back only after I sent her multiple messages. ... read more
