I had an appointment scheduled for a friday and for some reason it need it to be changed . I got a phone call from one of the staff and my hone attendant picked up the phone call for me while I go out the bathroom , the lady told my HA why does a 37 yrs old has an HA . Also we try calling back to schedule as she said and she never picked up the phone call for us again . I THINK IF YOUR ARE CONSULTING A DOCTOR IS FOR SOME TYPE OF ILLNESS . This is the most unprofessional place ever I have to bring my 92-year-old dad here unfortunately I make an appointment and we are never seem till 2 hours later God forbid you asked the ladies in the front desk they make it seem like it's the end of the world there's never no chairs for him to sit down neither for a lot of people keep in mind people above the age of 90 who are coming there to get work done on their veins have to be put in an inconvenient inhumane condition of just standing around waiting to be called after pu... read more

This place is a waste of time. They would schedule you a time and you have to prepare to waste your entire day. I've been waiting for more than 4 hours. The secretary would not give you a time or reason. You'll have to stay seated until who knows when. I've been here since 1:00 p.m. it's 4:00 p.m. and I'm still waiting with no response.
