I've been with Omni Storage for 5 years, and I can't say enough of great things about them. User friendly online, as well as they have it simple, rather im paying my bill or packing a unit. Their climate control unit, stores my precious things, and have been kept very good with no problems what so ever for years. In the office on site, they have always been helpful, informative, and friendly. I will continue to use their service for a very long time. Thank you OmniStorage

I have had my boat at Omni storage for 4 years and every year something has happened to my boat. Today was the last straw, scratches all down the right side of my boat to the point it has to be repainted. I had complained to Houston and he wanted me to believe that these things were my fault. I moved out today after having conversation with Houston and he had a nasty attitude and said he didn’t want my Fxxxing business and didn’t want me there. The gate hours aren't that convenient and they don't pro-rate when you move out. They didn't bother to tell me this so I lost a full month's rent.
