So ridiculous having to come to be told oh we don't give out the machines that will prolong your life. You have to go to another provider to get the life saving machine. So a total wasted trip. All this could have been handled over the phone. Waste of fuel, and time. But I get it, it all about the Insurance... Let's milk them as much as we can. No since having this business open if every patient gets sent to someone else. To get their life saving machine.
I can’t even get through to make an appointment. Ridiculous. I push the buttons, I wait, I get sent to a full mailbox. I am taking my referral elsewhere.
1/14/2020 FIRST and foremost you will be on hold for more than 15 minutes waiting to speak to scheduling. It takes forever they only have 2 apparently. Once you call your routed to the person who might send you to whom you request to speak to, THEN you get placed on hold more than expected. I have been with them since June 2018. RecommendedThe staff st OmniSleep were all extremely considerate and helpful. Lance at the front desk was funny, and he kept things from getting boring. All of the staff who helped me were professional and answered all my questions.

First and foremost working people have time schedules, I show up on time and was not seen for over 50 minutes on Halloween, the male at reception desk is not professional at all, after meeting with the physician and she details what will occur I wait again, they return my machine and tell me I will have to come back for new equipment they can’t do it at this time? Extremely disappointed in Omni Sleep. It took 3 sleep studies over 4 months to finally diagnose my sleep problem. Another 10 days for my insurance to approve it only to be told that my portion after insurance paid 80% was going to be 1000.00. This place was a total waste of lots of time and money.
Showed up to appointment 30 minutes early like always was told without my sleep machine the PA refused to see me. I have had sleep apnea for 20 years and have never been refused to be seen without my machine for a new prescription for my supplies that they sell me. Every time I go in they constantly try to upsell new sleep study and all new equipment. I have been told by 2 other Dr.'s not PA's that a sleep study is for life and when they send me over to their supply person he tells me I have the best machine on the market an... read more
