I give these guys a zero star rating not a 1 star only because they ripped me I bought a ice stitch 20 head, needle machine 2 years ago paid thousands of dollars to get it working, the technical staff and the customer service staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Yesterday I attempted to get a refund for 3 rolls of DTF film that I purchased on May 28th of 2025. The film was supposed to arrive to me within 5 business days. Yesterday I decided to check and see the status of the delivery and I noticed that it was still in the pre-shipment phase, and it wasn’t coming from Omniprints normal warehouse. Same situation as the other two reviews I see below mine. I have a long review in the works complete with evidence of all of the problems we encountered along our journey. But long story short, stay away. They do not deliver what they promise.
I have really loved my system my training was excellent learning to use the machine for more and more things every day. I’m very comfortable with it when I order my supplies they’re here very quickly never had a problem with that I can’t thank them enough for introducing me to their products.
