Half of these reviews are for a supply coupon you never recieve, so don't believe the positive ones. The honest truth about this company is they have AWFUL customer service, and unreliable machines. Tech support takes weeks (if you're lucky, usually months) to resolve an issue, or even get replacement parts ordered. No one takes any accountability for the lack of communication, and promises of updates consitently come and go with no word or response from anyone. I was in a crunch and needed DTF film in a hurry. I ordered online purchased it with 2 day shipping. It didnt arrive when supposed to. I looked on their website and I saw the order wasnt fulfilled. I contacted Omniprint by email because NO ONE will answer a phone, I called all day and the phone wasnt picked up once by ANY department, by email I got Yasir. i had a great experience with Rudy Rosales, speaking in spanish the Omniprint technician, throughout the entire repair process of my Omniprint DTF printer. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and was very patient throughout the process. also Yasir Cajina in the office was very helpful, Thanks guys for your help..on the scale 1-10 (I give 10)
*Update Omni Print has restructured and has made up for all the issues i've had previously. Yasir and Robb have been very patient, understanding, and helpful. Their equipment is top tier and support is exceptional. Website and ordering is very easy and fast. Total 180 for them.
