i had a great experience with Rudy Rosales, speaking in spanish the Omniprint technician, throughout the entire repair process of my Omniprint DTF printer. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and was very patient throughout the process. also Yasir Cajina in the office was very helpful, Thanks guys for your help..on the scale 1-10 (I give 10)
*Update Omni Print has restructured and has made up for all the issues i've had previously. Yasir and Robb have been very patient, understanding, and helpful. Their equipment is top tier and support is exceptional. Website and ordering is very easy and fast. Total 180 for them. Jacky from tech support was SO patient and helpful during my entire printhead trouble shooting and replacement.
I'd like to give a shout out to Jacky on the tech support team. He patiently helped me diagnose the issues with my printer and sent me links to order the parts I needed to fix it. He tracked the parts and once they had arrived reached out to schedule a zoom to install them. I was terrified. As we all know these machines are expensive and a little tricky sometimes.
