New management was able to fix some issues that popped up in an inspection report and handled the situation well.
I had no idea my two story roof was damaged, but Omnipresence point man Ryan Larkin convinced me to have a free inspection. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional. My facia also needed replacing and because they are a construction company it wasn't a problem. I will call them if I ever need another roof replaced.

This company roofed my apartment complex. I paid them in full then discovered they had not paid for the shingles. The supply company placed a lien on my property. After months of haggling and lawyers, I finally got the lien paid off by omnipresence construction. Not a pleasant experience. There were many other problems. This company talks a good game but much of what they say is a lie. Be very careful.
