Placed an order in March 2020 and never received the order or anything back regarding the order even after numerous letters and emails were sent. DO NOT BUY!

I have made previous orders before the pandemic and had no problems. I made an order on November 14 2020 and never heard back or received any shipping information. I gave emailed them no less than six times telling them just to refund my debit card. Nothing in return. Hopefully they make this right and give me back my money.

Order $90 worth of cords and module late dec 30th. Never received anything. This my second attempt to order. I order back in April they never sent my items. I thought maybe because of covid. But I am smart enough to use PayPal for my orders. They will not be able to keep a penny. These guys are just frauds

Customer Service SUCKS!!! I have placed an order, over a month ago and still have received anything regarding my order or it's shipment date!!! This is ridiculous, I've reached out to them through phone and email with no response!!! I would like my MONEY RETURNED!!! I'm no longer interested in spending my money with your company!!!!!!

Placed order nov 14 20.. didn't recieve the blade I purchased gave em time emailed plenty of times they ghosted me basically scammed me..

4 emails, dozens of phone calls, no response. Now that there's a pandemic its impossible to get someone on the phone and even though they give you an email address to communicate, no emails ever get a reply. Zero stars if I could. $100 won't go down the drain so easy!!
