********** recommended them because the sump pump stopped working and I had 1" of water in the basement. They came out in a timely manner, removed wood trim, set up about 12 fans and put stuff in the middle of the basement to dry out. They picked up their fans on 4/3 and I haven't heard from them since. Basement needs to be cleaned, stuff put back and woodwork needs to be reinstalled. I would NOT use them again because a week after they started the process, my basement is still a disaster and they won't call to complete the ... read more
