This pharmacy service is harassing my family regarding a $118 bill for my deceased mother. I have returned calls and responded to them repeatedly to let them know that, by law, her accounts are frozen and we will pay this final bill as soon as is legally possible. But, they continue to call at least twice a week and send threatening letters weekly. Even before her death they were over the top regarding bills not even 30 days out. My suggestion for families is to avoid using this service!
