The worst customer service experience EVER. Called to compare prices for relative in assisted living. On first call they were angered by my request. Asked for number said they'd call me back. No return call so I called back today. Even worse... The agent said he needed insurance, and pill info. Told him I have that. He became agitated that I would bother him to compare costs!
