Second time my son's seizure meds sent late to nursing home. Watching him scream because they said pharmacy didn't send as directed.
The lady that answers Customer Service phones is appalling rude. My goodness! Not everyone knows exactly what your services entail, and even if I did, an attitude like that would surely leave me taking my money elsewhere. I suggest this company hires people that are less miserable to be doing their job. 10-4-23 at 4:45p. Didn’t catch her name because she snapped and hung up on me so fast.
