The staff at Omnicare are fantastic, the office is nice and clean, and most overall no crowds,the best of Brooklyn
Tried to make an appointment for my father as a new patient however the front desk is rude and dismissive and questioned why we were calling the office. Whoever that man is in the front needs to be trained over again on customer service his energy is not welcoming….
My visit to Dr King’s podiatry office for surgery was a positive experience. Dr. King took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and his staff was.friendly. The surgery itself went smoothly, and post-op instructions were clear. I’m very satisfied with the care I received during my visit.
Came to Omnicare for a procedure that required general anesthesia (I am always uneasy and scared about having anesthesia administered). Dr. Crevecoeur was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable in addressing all my concerns about having anesthesia and was very sympathetic and accommodating. My friend had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am. It’s now 2:51pm and he’s just getting set up for the procedure. The wait is obscenely long. Even when they call your name you have to wait another 2 hours. Try to avoid this facility at all costs. It seems like they’re understaffed and very overbooked. The doctor is just trying to fit as many people in as possible to make money. They don’t care that you have things to do and places to be.
