The staff at Omnicare are fantastic, the office is nice and clean, and most overall no crowds,the best of Brooklyn
Tried to make an appointment for my father as a new patient however the front desk is rude and dismissive and questioned why we were calling the office. Whoever that man is in the front needs to be trained over again on customer service his energy is not welcoming….
My visit to Dr King’s podiatry office for surgery was a positive experience. Dr. King took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and his staff was.friendly. The surgery itself went smoothly, and post-op instructions were clear. I’m very satisfied with the care I received during my visit.
Came to Omnicare for a procedure that required general anesthesia (I am always uneasy and scared about having anesthesia administered). Dr. Crevecoeur was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable in addressing all my concerns about having anesthesia and was very sympathetic and accommodating. It was very easy for me to speak with Dr. Crevecoeur concerning my fears and he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about.
