I have never experienced such a problem as trying to pay my bill each month. Each month in logging in my password id not excepted and automated services is a disaster in every way. Then there is the waiting time if you're lucky to find a way for an operator. Just sucks!!!
I’m sorry but please don’t even use this pharmacy for long term care facility or else you’ll be sorry. It’s so hard to get a refill, poor communication, if you reorder online it will indicate filled but medicines are not delivered, it might indicate rejected but they don’t communicate the reason why. Customer service will only serve 2 patient case/profile only they will refuse the 3rd client query.

This company fills my clients bubble packs. They are more often late than on time. They are often missing medications. They don't notify you if they are unable to get a new prescription order. They just don't give you the meds. My client as all people should not have a break for a week or more of vital medications. Do not trust you or your loved ones will get your meds filled correctly on a monthly bases.
Giving this pharmacy a 1-star review is overrating the company. We had a client that needed their Meds, STAT. Called, waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally left a message. 2 days later I'm still waiting for a call back. Fortunately, Safeway was able to help. NOT Omnicare.
