This company fills my clients bubble packs. They are more often late than on time. They are often missing medications. They don't notify you if they are unable to get a new prescription order. They just don't give you the meds. My client as all people should not have a break for a week or more of vital medications. Do not trust you or your loved ones will get your meds filled correctly on a monthly bases.
Giving this pharmacy a 1-star review is overrating the company. We had a client that needed their Meds, STAT. Called, waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally left a message. 2 days later I'm still waiting for a call back. Fortunately, Safeway was able to help. NOT Omnicare.
Glad I changed pharmacies since this place can’t seem to get their act together as far as delivering meds on time!!!. I’m now a Albertsons pharmacy customer and their short staffed but meds are always filled and ready for pick up on time. Yes I have to walk over there to pick them up but hell worth it then this flaky place!!!
Hold on the phone is just CRAZY...
