I don't even want to be able to give this company 1 star. They deserve 0 but in order to make a review you have to give them at least 1 star. People need to know STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! If for some reason you or a family member has to use this pharmacy, ask to be changed. My childhood best friend is on hospice and it has been absolute hell trying to get her prescriptions delivered when they said they would. Our contract ended. Omnicare continued to fill medications for cash after insurance rejected them because they had been filled at the new pharmacy. The meds were sent out to the homes. My clients are now getting bills for thousands of dollars. We have been trying to get this fixed for months and Omnicare is ruining people's credit by their own mistakes. Upon requesting copies of all of the bills, and saying they would send them in July, we still have yet to receive them....it is now September. We will likely be following up ... read more
I have never experienced such a problem as trying to pay my bill each month. Each month in logging in my password id not excepted and automated services is a disaster in every way. Then there is the waiting time if you're lucky to find a way for an operator. Just sucks!!!
I’m sorry but please don’t even use this pharmacy for long term care facility or else you’ll be sorry. It’s so hard to get a refill, poor communication, if you reorder online it will indicate filled but medicines are not delivered, it might indicate rejected but they don’t communicate the reason why. Customer service will only serve 2 patient case/profile only they will refuse the 3rd client query.
They have improved since last year. The medications have arrived more on-time recently and the staff have been more pleasant to discuss matters with
