The 2nd worse managers in Boulder next to Fourstar
I will never recommend this management company. They falsely accused me of not having paid my rent while charging me a $250 fine. Rather than first asking about it within the normal late period, they waited till the end of the month to post an eviction notice on my door. They claimed no responsibility for the drop box where tenants leave rent after hours, saying that unless I get a receipt they owe no obligation to that drop box. I wish I could give no stars also! Worst rental situation I have ever had! The property manager is a monster and a con artist and only looks for ways to take the most money From You possible! steer clear of renting from Them is only problematic !!!!
I truly wish I could give NO stars. Please if your deciding to rent from this company save yourself the trouble and live in a cardboard box. After reading other reviews of this company I made the mistake of wanting to give them a fair chance, but as the rest of the other tenants I shared in their complaints.
