First, I received a phone call from the office manager (Carrick) who wanted to confirm my appt. When I advised him that I was having some scheduling issues and may need to cancel, he told me that I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee for same day cancellation. Against my better judgement, and not wanting to be charged, I moved some things around so that I could still make the appointment. I asked him if I arrived early could the Dr see me early. I’m normally one of those people that require requires medication to visit a dentist but after visiting Omnia Dental I am beyond happy to say I no longer need medication and actually look forward to visiting the Dentist. Not only is Dr. Kim an excellent dentist, but she and her staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They do a fantastic job with everything, and they make it so easy To get through whatever work needs to get done.
