Always long waiting times
I'm not surprised that there are so many negative reviews for this place. I wasn't going to leave a review, I didn't get all the way past their holy process to get registered but my maternity care liason who has been almost completely useless and incompetent just reminded me of this awful experience; she also seems to think that maybe I'm lying or exaggerating about it which is really frustrating and demeaning so I decided would just share my experience publicly. Made my first appointment and asked for a female doctor and they told me that was find. Had to reschedule due to starting my period and reminded them I wanted to see Dr. Ung. I was told it was fine. Today, as I was filling out my new patient forms I asked why there was a male doctor on my forms. The receptionist told me this was his clinic. I understood and pointed to the Female MD. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. They mixed up my information with not just one but two times. Telling me I’m not in there system. I wanted to switch doctors and I asked for referrals elsewhere and the lady was just being plan rude about it
