Worst centre I’ve ever been to. If the system allowed, I would’ve given them zero stars. I visited twice before and had a good impression, especially since it was referred by my GP. But when I tried to book my third visit, I waited over 7 minutes for the receptionist to answer the phone. During my previous visit, the sonographer Kate kindly informed me that I might be eligible for bulk billing, as I had misunderstood the timing of the check-up.
