I was listed as their emergency contact and called several times because the parents had forgot to pay in which I immediately got the payment to them when I was told. Easy peasy.big unit
Convenient location. Love that there is 24 hour availability. Clean and well lit. No one is ever in the office, but there isn't much you can't do at the facility. Kiosk available to open an account, pay bill or even get a lock. So the need for an on the premises personnel is not apparent.
