Very good self storage facility. Easy Access. Safe and secure. Clean. Easy to use kiosk.
When this company was owned my Omni Storage is was absolutely spotless! The company was run by amazing people. Since Red Dot has bought Omni Storage it is filthy and when you try to contact someone to make a complaint you feel as though you are disturbing the people that answer the phone. I have called numerous times and the last time the guy acted as if he doesn’t understand anything. Very disappointed and the prices have gone up. And to top everything off...no dumpsters now and people throw the trash on the ground
Rats ate my belongings. Management refused to repair
Clean place and nice price. Manager is nice and friendly
