Booked a couple’s massage for my boyfriend’s birthday a week in advance. They sent me an email and text the day of to confirm the time, which I did. They said to show up 5-10 min early and we got there 15 min early and no one showed up. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. Would never book a massage with them again.

The male masseuse arrived late. The only person around was a janitor. I quickly looked for a hotel phone. Within minutes the masseuse arrived. He meandered around to set up. The masseuse Sam then proceeded to give me one of my all time favorite deep tissue sports massage. As an older woman I occasionally feel a little awkward with a male masseuse. However, Sam was totally polite and eased some tension due to a tragic loss our family experienced. My trip was business however, I definitely want to return for fun.
