Had an incredible experience here earlier today. I went in looking to get info on how to set up a new air hose/reel which I knew nothing about. David showed me exactly what I needed, was extremely friendly and quick to help me out. Left with exactly what I needed and will definitely be back.
Professional and courteous. My company has been using Omni Services in Delaware for years now and I can't be happier. Orders are called in, packed and checked for accuracy in a timely manner. I've never had a issue with the team there.
Went in not the most knowledgeable about hydraulics and what i needed, but i was met with someone at the front counter that was super helpful and went out of his way to help me.
