I received testing here in August 2024. I still have not received a copy of my evaluation report and it is now January 2026. I have had to call the office numerous times to follow up and check the status of the report. I have been told a copy would be mailed to me, and also told a copy would be emailed to me. I haven’t received either copy. In late December 2025, I was told a copy of the report would be in the portal for me to access. It is now January 2026 and my report is not in the portal even.
