I allowed Omni Property Management to manage my SFD. The first tenant they leased to lasted 4 1/2 years, paid on time but moved out early after doing $4000 damage to the property. The last tenant lasted eight months until she was evicted, didn't have a job, was evicted from two other properties previously and trashed my rental. This time the cost of repairs might set a record.
