Can't say enough about Omni Physical Therapy Group Des Peres . Fantastic group. Personal one hour one on one. Total services: manual, traditional exercises, holistic, stem, massages, . Dr Hunter Knight , owner, (now working on fellowship) and her staff are far beyond any PT services I have used (and I have worked with many over the years) Worth a minute to check google, She has cut my total knee replacement recover time in half. I highly recommend Omni Physical Therapy. They really care about their patients and their physical improvement. They have a wonderful caring staff and excellent facilities including 3 private rooms plus a large room full of exercise equipment. They completely relieved my foot pain. They have a really convenient location at Manchester and I-270, easy to get to from any direction. I would come to them again if I ever needed physical therapy.- - - Tom
One stop shop! I had shoulder surgery and Dawn & Hunter did amazing work. I now do the Wellness Program which includes personal training with Dawn and I am in getting in the best shape. Sometimes I just feel like a massage and that is all part of the program. I cant recommend them enough!!!
My treatment for herniated discs in my neck was wonderful. I just saw the neurosurgeon, and he said to keep doing what I was doing. No surgery required at this point. I am pain free and no more numbness in my hand

I am very disappointed with my first (and most definitely last) experience with Omni. My husband was kind enough to buy me a Groupon for a prenatal massage (I am 6 months pregnant). I had one scheduled for today but had a medical emergency come up and they were unwilling to let me reschedule. I had to miss my appointment and they went ahead and redeemed my Groupon anyways. I understand the importance of keeping appointments, but when the situation is out of my control, you would think the company would try to be more accommo... read more
