Customer service was great but the work done on my nails was horrible. I walk in about 6:30pm asked for gel toes and builder gel on my natural nails. The person who did my toes did great, but my hands are a different story. The guy who did my nails said to do poly gel because something about it being closer to a natural nail with the extension I figure he knows what he’s doing so I said it was okay. This was my first time coming here and I am so glad I did! Bea did my nails and she was absolutely amazing. She was so nice, accommodating, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Her customer service was top-notch and she worked fast while still making my nails look perfect. I honestly think I’ve found my new permanent nail place! I’ll definitely be booking with Bea every time from now on. She deserves to be recognized for her talent and great service!
I didn’t get my techs name but he did absolutely wonderful! The environment was nice, and I was cared for even before I’d begun getting my nails done! I got medium length square acrylics with floral designs, and it took under a hour. Fair prices. Wonderful artists. 100% recommend!
Went for a date she loved the place and I called ahead and they where very accommodating sat us together and asked all questions up front so my date and I could talk.
