Don’t ever disagree with your HOA when they have this representation. Company is obsessed with keeping contracts where the reps agree with terrible HOA boards even when not legal.

Thankfully our HOA does not have this company anymore! Melissa never answers the phone or returns phone calls. They did not follow protocol for our Bylaws and never did property inspections and the list goes on and on. Melissa falsely accused my family of multiple violations but had no proof because she had the wrong house! She also allowed a non owner run for the Board! Heard she did that at another community. This company and Melissa are unprofessional and will end up getting your community sued!
Worst company ever they moved to a different office now that office is closed. They never answered their phone. The number posted on the New office store. They don’t answer that phone either. I’d give them negative stars if I could it’s ridiculous.
