Omni Management has been a superior choice for our Townhouse Association. Witha relatively small unit size (16) we have experienced a level of service that I would expect from a company supporting a much larger association. Our representative Kelli has done a superb job of supporting our service needs while guiding us toward a financially strong future. Choosing Omni has been one of the best decisions our association has made.
It took our HOA Board 2 years to decide to move to Omni Management Property Services. Three separate board members interviewed Omni reps and were very impressed. We made the switch and that was the end of the good impression. •One of the contract stipulations was to have the property manager do a monthly walk-through, bi-weekly in summer months, and report back to the Board. I've called 35 times today and left 3 voicemails, the last one threatening to hire an attorney. I have an emergency, this is the FOURTH time a pipe from my AC unit has caused flooding in my front bedroom. Each time they've come out they say they found the root of the issue. It's again ruining my belongings and floors. Last time they came out they made me pay the $350 bill after going back and forth for months. This place is a damn joke. And I'll call 50 times tomorrow if I have to. Ridiculous.
The HOA is a hard business for both the management company and the homeowners they work with. But Melissa Bradley at Omni Management Serviced is truly a gem. She answers my emails EVERY time, always does her best to give me accurate and up- to-date info and helps me out every time I ask. I know I’m not her only homeowner, yet I feel like it after interacting with her. Good value, good business model, managers are available to answer questions. They provide the services stated in their contract, they keep Board informed to covenant rules and regulations. The accounting and bookkeeping are accessible to all homeowners on neighborhood website. The company has a good business model that provides best value for the dollar. Melissa and Katy are very nice people to work with.
