UPDATE: the payment made on the 9th was due to Omni losing the 1st one in January. | This company's accounts receivable is terrible. I made my HOA payment on time. They lost my mailing and then charged me a $15 fee which they would not rescind.
if I can give this company negative rating I will, total waste of business, reached out on multiple times, zero response, but totally interested of collecting the annual fees. Ps years later is exactly the same totally worthless management company, mostly spending the hoa money for questionable activities.
First time being a part of an HOA and I will say I do not appreciate the way Rachel communicates to us via email. Extremely condescending and dismissive. She has even sent emails demanding things that are clearly not in our CCRs. We are in a new build community and although I do agree with her in that we did agree to be a part of an HOA, we did not agree to be treated like children and to be communicated to like she communicates. Also we did not agree to our HOA fees to keep increasing every year with nothing to show for it.... read more
Trying to get answers to questions or even responses to emails is like pulling teeth. When they do respond, they are rude and dismissive. If you ever have a choice in property management group, run from these people. For the amount they are charging us, you’d think there would be a little bit of customer service.
