We’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Omni Management as the HOA management company for our neighborhood. I’m having trouble getting them to return calls and they failed to represent our community on a major issue involving fees to be added for a lake that this elderly community fought against. Since 2016 when I paid $125 to now up to $220. We’re mostly elderly and on fixed income. I feel we’re being taken advantage of for that reason. I would like to get an expenditure report. This is the worst management group around! They will send you a letter to say what they are going to fix and then never fix. For snow removal my dad had to go shovel the snow cause they won’t. Horrible company
