Really helpful staff who will go above and beyond to find you the perfect piece or adjust one that needs tweaking. After a failed Attempt of fixing my diamond necklace at another jeweller in town, they suggested a new solution and went through many different options with me to ensure I would love the result. Very friendly people and make the repair process easy and efficient.
