The only complaint I have is that our room did not have a microwave. Everything else was great! Emily at the front desk was kind, professional, and so helpful. She made our stay stress free and was so accommodating.
I stayed at the Marriott Downtown Jacksonville for five nights while my daughter was hospitalized nearby, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make an incredibly difficult week a little easier. Everyone I encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. A special thank-you to Misa in valet, who always made sure my car was ready promptly so I could get to the hospital on time. The hotel was super nice overall. The valet drivers were friendly and professional but specifically Misa. He was great, very professional and always hear you welcome.
