When will the hotel transfer the refund money to me?
Hotel staff is nice. Valet is nice. Everyone is like in a rush to help you. There are staff everywhere you can tell they enjoy what they do. The hotel is beautiful. It’s very clean and polished, and well designed. Would stay here again. I brought my dog. There is a discreet but easy to access side exit right after you get off the elevator if you don’t want to walk through a busy lobby. They fixed our water not being hot within hours of us letting them know. It’s old but it’s very comfortable.
Staff lovely especially, Ryan i think in restaurant for breakfast . Breakfast great. Room ok. Carpet torn & bit dirty but bed, toilet very clean. Very close to everything. Great bar close. Ernst Bar, very reasonable.
Clean and nice rooms!! Great location. Staff was great. Leonard at the hotel bar was beyond exceptional and will give you some of that NOLA hospitality!! He was one of our favorite parts of our trip!! :)
My family and I stayed here on our most recent trip to New Orleans. The hotel has a classy feel to it, nice architecture and decor, but you can tell some areas could use some attention and updating. Our room was unique, it had an upstairs and downstairs which was nice, but you can tell upon arrival that the carpeting in the hallways and rooms is old and dirty.
