The hotel was nice but service lacking. If you want ice or amenities stay elsewhere. You can't find an ice machine and when you request some they never bring it. Then I went to the resturaunt for some and there are no employees to be found. I let the front desk know and they direct you to the resturaunt. Super frustrating.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked through the doors, the customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout my visit, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. My husband, daughter and I just finished our stay at The Riverfront, as we were attending her volleyball tournament at the convention center. The location was good, very convenient. The rooms were really disappointing, not very spacious with a very small bathroom, and the smallest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. This isn’t ideal for families with players at this tournament, as we have several items we need refrigerated to bring to the tournament.
