Did a turn around trip with the wife and we loved it. Hospitality 10/10 Service was 1000/1000‼️‼️ Service was spectacular. Great southern hospitality. We had a great time at the bar (Shoutout to Lenard) can’t emphasize enough on how he treated everyone with respect and courtesy but also had the entire bar engaging, interacting, it was like a show!!! Great little hotel, got king room, had steps in hallway, room was really tall. No river views any where, paid for a view. Got a view of the parking area. Nobody was willing to help me into a more disable friendly room.
Everything was great when we stayed but after checking out I was charged a $550 smoking fee. I do not smoke. No one in the room smoked. The times they said a sensor went off were very late at night and early in the morning. I don’t know what set it off. but we absolutely followed all hotel policies and this is crazy. I was told a manager would reach out about this when I called and have yet to hear anything
