I stayed here for one night, until my airbnb was ready the next day. Check-in, was smooth and staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and well kepted, as the hotel itself was very clean and pretty in the inside. My only issue with my stay was upon arrival and receiving my door keys, I went up to unwind from my long drive in. But my room key wasn't working and kept blinking red. Very mediocre for the price you're paying. The destination of 28 bucks per night adds up fast, and you're basically not getting much apart from 2 free cocktails and some discounts for tours that's already inexpensive. The service is disappointing, on par or below Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn level. Asking for a later checkout time (was 11am, asking for 11:30/12). Shower was full of mold. Blinds were broken/missing from window.I texted for water and towels and robe and nobody ever came then nothing was cleaned or replenished on our next morning. We left early morning and came back late night to a dirty room. On our 2nd morning a staff member banged on the door and woke us up at 9am to “check if anyone was in the room.” Check out is 11, why are you checking on sleeping guests at 9am? Stayed here for a conference. Front staff older lady with glasses who was there during the morning was extremely rude. I felt my race had to do alot on how I was treated. She talked to me like I was an idiot and did not bother to here me out. She just rolled her eyes and refuse to help me.I witness her treat many other guest this way. 1 star. Security failure and zero crisis management. I left a document at the front desk Saturday morning. By 4PM it was lost. The person who received it was a first-day employee with no name or contact information on file at the hotel. No manager was available Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. One agent per shift, no escalation process, no accountability chain. I was promised callbacks Monday at 10AM and 11AM. Neither happened. The explanation given: they were too busy with other guests.
